That fear, is yours?

In my years as a professional I have found that in the enterprise there are two main types of fear: self and alien. I have experienced both and I regret to report that none is better than the other.

The own fear is that fear or fear that we suffer after experiencing pain, discomfort, discomfort or difficult situations. This fear is the human response that we use to avoid passing again through that experience that simply were not pleased.

Instead, the fear is that fear of others that have not even experienced. It is the fear that someone has infused us, we have "seeded" or created based on other people's experiences. This we experience in developing empathy for the person who had the bad experience and clear it acquired as a shield to avoid us go through what someone else has already passed.

No one is worse than the other, much less better than the other. To solve both have to know the origin of our fears to attack the problem from the "root".

Can you imagine if you had been when you learned to walk (and you fell several times) if you had stayed with fear? Worse, can you imagine it would have been your education if you had never gotten over the fear of going to school the first day?



As rational individuals first thing to do is identify the source of our fears. Are you afraid to fail? Ask yourself why you're afraid to fail ?, and fail? Well, then that fear is yours and only you can take action to dispel.

Now, if instead you fear failure because someone failed or you know someone else told you it did, that fear is not yours. Remove it, combátelo, salt of fear as soon as possible.

How sales of other people's fear? Well simple, in the same way you acquired the alien fear at first. Read, learn from others who have had successful experiences. Learn from those who have succeeded. Fill your mind with positive thoughts and affirmations. After all, the battles are won in the mind first thing in the battlefield.

Now, if fear is all yours have to take action. What can you do? The first is to recognize the source of fear. I understand that the wounds of failure traumatized because I have been there.

The problem is that looking at the wounds and regretting not going to accomplish anything. Take action, move. Do you remember why you failed? Perhaps you did not have any knowledge, then educate yourself.


Did you missed help or support? Start by planning your winning team.

Make the decision to leave that place of sorrow, hardship and begins to act. Fill your mind with positive thoughts every morning, learn, live, corrects your mistakes.

If something should keep in mind is that while we are still not going to achieve anything. Unfortunately, accomplishing nothing is a way to fail. So overcome your fears and acts. We should be more afraid to live unhappy and dissatisfied that have fallen and rise a couple of times on the way we hit.
