Study: Smart take longer and prefer to sleep at night

The smartest people are attracted at night time and space that encourages creativity and development, it is why we prefer to sleep later and even unravel. While several studies warn that sleep deprivation can take years to life or be harmful to health, the reality is that those who suffer from insomnia may be more intelligent.

Sleep is a fundamental factor in the biology of the animals, and there is new evidence that sleep patterns and time in which a person decides to go to sleep are linked to cognitive ability, his intelligence. Apparently people with higher IQ (intelligence quotient) tends to be more active at night, while those not so graceful in this category prefer to bed earlier.

Although these studies are always somewhat questionable, and even the concept of IQ seems a rather limited to pretend to measure something as abstract and relative as human intelligence criterion, the fact is that the night emanates unique frequencies that magnetize certain types of personalities, including people who tend more to reflection and development of creativity, activities that often are more comfortable sheltered by the ethereal tranquility of spirit night.

THE AUTHORS. Robert Bolizs of the Semmelweis University has shown brain scans of sleeping people, proving that certain elements of sleep are directly related to cognitive performance when the person is awake. Meanwhile, studies show how H. Aliasson sleep intervals are closely correlated to the academic performance of students.

On the other hand, extensive studies led by researcher and his team Satoshi Kanazawa of the London School of Economics and Political Science have revealed significant differences between the preferences of bedtimes in reference to their IQ scores. People with higher scores are more apt to produce at night, while those with lower IQ limit their activities mainly day.

According to Kanazawa, our ancestors were typically diurnal, and gradually the trend has been poured to go raising its nightlife. In this sense the course of the night is somehow related to the evolution of the human mind, and apparently it is clear that those individuals with higher cognitive skills tend to be attracted to personal development during hours without sun and minds demonstrate "higher level of cognitive complexity."

On the other hand a 2008 study led by psychologist Marina Giamnietro indicates that most people have less emotional night stability and are more prone to depression and to engage with addictions. This perhaps confirms that those more creative and less traditional minds, both are more vulnerable to certain psychological disorders.

Some of the big night can include some lucid personalities like William Blake, Edgar A Poe, W. B. Yeats, Brion Gysin, in addition to the squad including bright occultists Blavatsky, Manly P. Hall, and Aleister Crowley, all holders of a greedy and worthy of the status of "favorite children of the night" psyche.
